Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of Premier Driveway Cleaning Solutions' services and website. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Booking & Quotes

  • All quotes are free and provided without obligation.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date in writing.
  • If the scope of work changes on the day, we reserve the right to revise the price before commencing work.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and major debit/credit cards.
  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.
  • For large jobs, a deposit of up to 25% may be required at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a call-out fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather at no charge to the customer.
  • Any non-refundable deposit is forfeited on cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment.

5. Our Responsibilities

  • We will carry out all work with reasonable skill and care.
  • We hold full public liability insurance to £5 million.
  • We will take reasonable precautions to avoid damage to your property.
  • We will leave the work area clean and tidy on completion.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must ensure we have safe and unobstructed access to the work area.
  • You must ensure access to a suitable water supply unless otherwise agreed.
  • You must inform us of any pre-existing damage, loose slabs, or hazards before work begins.
  • Vehicles, furniture, and other items should be removed from the area to be cleaned prior to our arrival.

7. Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or deterioration of surfaces that becomes apparent during cleaning.

8. Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 7 days and we will return to address any issues at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover re-soiling, damage caused by third parties, or natural weathering after the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

  • You must inform us of any known issues, fragile surfaces, or hazards before work commences.
  • Pets and children should be kept away from the work area during cleaning.

7. Limitations of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects that may become more visible after cleaning.

8. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 7 days of the work being completed. We will investigate and aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days. Contact us at [email protected].
